Pastoral Structure
The Pastoral Structure is within year groups, led by a Head of Year for each respective year group. The Head of Year is supported by a non-teaching Pastoral Lead Officer for each year group to support students throughout the school day. Students are also supported by their tutor, who they see on a daily basis at registration, and during their weekly PSHE lesson.
The Pastoral Team is based in the Pastoral Hub, which provides support for all students before, during and after the school day.
The broader Pastoral Team include the Pastoral Hub Manager, Attendance Officer and Welfare Officer. The Assistant Headteacher for Student Behaviour is also located in the Pastoral Hub.
The Pastoral Team organisation in the Pastoral Hub is designed to provide effective support for all students and enable communication throughout the day with students, parents / guardians, staff and external agencies.
