Exams

At Bishop Fox’s School students complete end of year exams in each year group.  In Years 7-9 these take place in the Su ongoing process to prepare students for the rigours of GCSE and all students have a period of guided revision in preparation for these exams.  These make use of topic checklists and knowledge organisers to help students know more, remember more and do more.

Students receive exam timetables for all exams and when possible these exams take place in the Sports Hall to replicate the experience of GCSE exams.

Student progress is reported three times per year and through Parents’ Evening and Academic Tutoring Evening.  Information on our reporting process is available through our Parents Guide to Reporting available here.
