Bishop Fox’s Students trip to Okehampton

Year 7 students have spent the week at Okehampton as part of their transition from Primary to Secondary School. The aim during the residential is Team building, developing existing and emerging friendships. For some students it is the first time they have been away from home for a period of time.

“Students have been excellent! All have thoroughly enjoyed the activities on offer. Gorge scrambling seemed to be their favourite activity amongst Archery, Canoeing, High Ropes, Cycling and night walks on Dartmoor. It has been a pleasure to witness students helping one another, making sure all complete a particular challenge.” Mr Contreras, Head of Years 7 and 8.
